Fly ash – used to reduce weight and utilize industrial waste, making the bricks eco-friendly.
Black clay – provides binding strength and improves plasticity for proper shape and durability.Granite powder– increases strength and gives a better surface finish.
Coal powder – acts as internal fuel during kiln burning for proper and uniform firing Rice husk – helps in uniform burning and improves overall firing efficiency.

BURNING PROCESS
Burning temperature – approximately 900 C to 11009C
Bricks are fired in a kiln under controlled conditions to ensure proper hardness, strength, and durability.
Use of internal fuel materials like coal powder and rice husk supports uniform heat distribution and effective burning throughout the brick.
CERTIFICATIONS & APPROVALS
Currently, our factory does not hold formal certifications or third-party approvals.
However, our quality is consistently maintained through controlled production processes and careful material selection.

Size & Manufacturing
Standard size – 9x4x3 inches
2.5 kg 3 kg per brick weight
Manufacturing process – machine-mixed for uniform composition, followed by moulding using box moulds to ensure consistent shape and size.
Bricks are properly compacted and finished to maintain uniformity, strength, and good edge quality.
Compressive Strength & Certification
Compressive strength – not yet laboratory tested, however bricks are manufactured using a controlled mix and proper kiln burning, ensuring good strength suitable for regular construction use.
Water absorption – up to 20% before curing and reduces to below 10-15% after proper curing
Efflorescence – nil (no visible salt deposits on the surface).
Standards & certification – currently not ISO certified and no official lab test reports, however production is carried out following standard industry practices and quality checks at each stage.
